• Magnesium Phosphate Pentahydrate – 363mg (equivalent to Magnesium 75mg)
• Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Ziziphus) extract – 250mg (equivalent to dry seed 5g)
• Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) extract – 300mg (equivalent to dry root 1.2g)
• Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract – 40mg (equivalent to dry fruit 200mg)

Directions
• Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before bedtime.
