General Information

Warnings

• If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Excess vitamin A may cause birth defects.
• In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
• Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.
• This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily intake of 150 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.

Directions
