SHIPPING POLICY
Overview
At HealthNest New Zealand, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. We dispatch all orders from our New Zealand warehouse and deliver nationwide. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand delivery timeframes, costs, and processes.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to all addresses within New Zealand, including:
- All major cities and towns
- Rural and remote addresses
- PO Boxes (please note courier deliveries may not be available to all PO Boxes — we recommend using a physical address where possible)
At this stage, HealthNest does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally in the future and will announce this when available.
2. Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) are typically processed and dispatched the same day or next business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the following business day.
- During peak periods such as sales events, public holidays, or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
3. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

Please note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
4. Shipping Costs
- Orders under $50 NZD: $5.99 NZD flat rate
- Orders $50–$99 NZD: $3.99 NZD flat rate
- Orders $100 NZD and over: FREE Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Rural delivery surcharges may apply for certain remote addresses.
5. Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 NZD and over throughout New Zealand.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and does not apply to rural surcharges where applicable.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery progress through our courier partner's website.
- Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
- If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@healthnest.co.nz.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Parcels
- Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery during standard business hours.
- If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe location, leave a calling card, or return the parcel to a depot for collection.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the parcel being unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery fees may apply.
- HealthNest is not responsible for parcels that are undelivered or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us at support@healthnest.co.nz within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information for any updates
- Check if a calling card or safe drop notification was left
- Contact us at support@healthnest.co.nz with your order number
We will liaise with our courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
9. Incorrect Delivery Address
Please double-check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at support@healthnest.co.nz
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address at no charge
- If your order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect the parcel and additional charges may apply
10. Public Holidays & Peak Periods
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays. Orders placed during public holidays or peak shopping periods such as:
- Christmas & New Year
- Easter
- Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale periods
may experience slightly longer processing and delivery times. We will do our best to communicate any expected delays in advance.
11. Courier Partners
HealthNest works with trusted New Zealand courier partners to deliver your orders safely and efficiently. Our courier partners may include:
- NZ Post / CourierPost
- DHL Express
- PBT Courier
- Aramex New Zealand
The courier used for your order may vary depending on your location and order size.
