2. Products & Availability

We make every effort to ensure products are accurately described and available. However, we do not guarantee that all products will be in stock at all times.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product packaging may vary slightly.
In the event that a product is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to addresses throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout prior to completing your order.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
HealthNest is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery address details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For change-of-mind returns, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns on opened or used products for health and safety reasons, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@healthnest.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
If you are purchasing products for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act may not apply.
