Directions

• Suggested use: Twice daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
• To prepare one 230 mL serving:

1. Add 195 mL cold water to a glass.

2. Mix in 6 level scoops (53.8 g) of powder until dissolved.

3. Best served chilled.

Storage

• Store opened can in a cool, dry place (do not refrigerate).
• Use within 3 weeks of opening.
• Prepared Ensure should be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
