Warnings

• This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
• In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.

• Folic Acid 250 micrograms.
• Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol) 1.25 micrograms.
• Selenium (from Selenomethionine) 6.5 micrograms.
• Zinc (from Zinc Amino Acid Chelate) 6 mg.
• Dyer's Woad (Isatis tinctoria extract) 11 mg (equivalent to 55 mg dry root and rhizome).
• Korean Ginseng (Panax ginseng extract) 5.5 mg (equivalent to 55 mg dry root, standardised to contain Ginsenosides 1.38 mg).
• Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra extract) 13.75 mg (equivalent to 55 mg dry root and stolon).
• Nettle (Urtica dioica extract) 62.5 mg (equivalent to 1 g dry root).
• Pumpkin Seed (Cucurbita pepo extract) 25 mg (equivalent to 500 mg dry seed).
• Reishi Mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum extract) 2.75 mg (equivalent to 55 mg dry fruiting body).
• Saw Palmetto (Serenoa repens extract) 320.84 mg (equivalent to 4 g dry fruit, standardised to contain Fatty Acids 144.38 mg).
• Tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum extract) 10 mg (equivalent to 3.5 g fresh fruit, standardised to contain Lycopene 600 micrograms).
• Turmeric (Curcuma longa extract) 5 mg (equivalent to 100 mg dry rhizome).
• Contains soya beans.
• Also contains colouring substance, spearmint oil and tabletting aids. No added artificial flavours.

Directions
