Directions

• Suggested use: Twice daily or as recommended by a healthcare professional.
• Mix 6 level scoops (53.8 g) with 195 mL of cold water to make approximately 230 mL.
• Best served chilled.
• Store the opened can in a cool, dry place and use within 3 weeks. Refrigerate prepared Ensure and consume within 24 hours.
